EUROSPECUS sells premium performance parts and offers installation services for BMW, Porsche, McLaren, and Ferrari vehicles. All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

Order Process: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment: We accept Zelle, wire transfers, and cash. Payment is required before shipment or installation. All prices are in USD.

Quotes: Pricing quotes are valid for 7 days from the date provided unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and product. We ship via trusted carriers and provide tracking information when available. EUROSPECUS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Insurance is available upon request.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the specialized nature of performance parts:

• Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrectly shipped items
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Custom or special-order items are non-returnable
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours
• Restocking fees may apply

6. Installation Services

Appointments: All installation services require advance scheduling and are performed at our New Jersey facility only. We do not offer mobile installation.

Liability: While we take every precaution, EUROSPECUS is not liable for any damage to vehicles during installation beyond the scope of our direct negligence.

Customer Parts: If you provide your own parts for installation, we cannot guarantee fitment, quality, or performance. We reserve the right to refuse installation of parts we deem unsafe or incompatible.

7. Warranties

Product Warranties: Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. EUROSPECUS does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by manufacturers.

Installation Warranty: We stand behind our installation work. If you experience issues directly related to our installation, contact us immediately.

No Warranty On: Performance gains, compatibility with modifications performed by others, or issues arising from improper vehicle use.

8. Limitation of Liability

EUROSPECUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
