Most in-stock items ship within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Special-order items may take longer depending on manufacturer availability.

Delivery Times

  • US Domestic: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (available for select items)
  • International: Varies by destination (7-21 business days)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on product size, weight, and destination. We'll provide exact shipping costs when you request a quote. Large items (exhaust systems, turbos) may require freight shipping at additional cost.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are not included in our pricing and vary by country.

Tracking

You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

Due to the specialized nature of performance parts, returns are limited to:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Incorrectly shipped items
  • Items that don't match description

Return Conditions

  • Must be requested within 7 days of receipt
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Include all original accessories and documentation
  • Non-returnable: Custom or special-order items

Return Process

Refunds & Fees

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours
  • Restocking fees may apply (typically 15-20%)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Important Notes

Inspect Upon Delivery

Inspect packages immediately upon delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours.

Shipping Insurance

Insurance is available for high-value items. We recommend insurance for orders over $1,000. Contact us to add shipping insurance to your order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your parts.
